Rye, Man & Gor Securities has its own Depository, which exists as a separate sub-division of the Company. The company's depository operations are on the basis of License № 177-10277-000100 (as a professional participant of the securities market for conduct of depository operations), issued by the Federal Service for Financial Markets on June 7, 2007.

Our Clients entrust us with accounting and re-registration of securities. Experienced staff and software developed specially for our company help to simplify these operations and ensure rapid and efficient interaction between our Clients and issuers in Russia and abroad.

Provision of these services is based on Client Regulations of the Rye, Man & Gor Securities Depository and on a Depository Agreement.

In order to carry out transactions with securities using the Rye, Man & Gor Securities Depository you will need to make a Depository Service Agreement. The procedure for making such an Agreement and the list of required documents can be viewed here
