In order to conclude an Agreement on asset management the Client (the Settler):

• completes the relevant Settler's Questionnaire;
• provides documents as specified by a list prepared by Rye, Man and Gor Securities (the Asset Manager);
• agrees the text of an investment declaration, jointly with the Asset Manager.

The investment declaration defines the objects and methods of investment of the Settler's money, information about asset structure, and limitations imposed by the Settler on actions by the Asset Manager.

Based on the documents and information received from the Client, the Asset Manager prepares an Agreement for asset management, including the investment declaration, and submits it to the Settler for signing.
