Asset Management

Rye, Man and Gor Securities provides asset management services on the Russian securities market to legal persons and individuals (both residents and non-residents of the Russian Federation).

Our specialists can design an individual investment strategy tailored to the Client's needs with optimal balance between risk and return and choice of appropriate financial instruments.

Management of Client securities and cash intended for investment in securities is regulated by an Agreement on asset management in the framework of an investment declaration signed by Rye, Man and Gor Securities (the Manager) and the Client.

In order to place assets under management you will need to make an Agreement on asset management with Rye, Man and Gor Securities. The procedure for making such an agreement and the list of required documents can be viewed here.

In compliance with Russian law, Client cash is kept separate from own cash of Rye, Man and Gor Securities. Upon request, we can open a bank account to hold a Client's cash separately from cash of other Clients.
